Free Wi-Fi Information & More
Georgetown Yacht Basin offers free, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access to all dockage and repair customers. Our network is password protected. Annual customers will receive password changes periodically (each time the heads/showers codes change). Transient customers will receive a password as part of the Transient Package given to you upon signing in at the pagoda dock office.
If you are new to GYB and plan on using our Wi-Fi, it is in your best interest to familiarize yourself with the connection instructions* on this page. We operate on a proxy server which may require you to make a simple change to your browser configuration. You can save our connection troubleshooting and connection form to your computer by downloading one of our .pdf instruction files for future reference. Our .pdf file contains screen shots for easy identification. Simply click on one of the icons to the right and then save it for later use.
*Note: These instructions are meant to be a guide to enable our customers to connect to our Wi-Fi internet server. Please make note to any changes you make to your web browser properties as you may have to reverse the changes made in order to connect to your home, work, etc. networks.
