Please read your Dockage Agreement carefully. As an
annual customer, you have two payment options:
Option 1: Installment Payments
In order to secure your slip for the 2011 season and to receive the 5% Loyal
Customer Discount you must make a $500 deposit no later than October 18,
2010. The remaining balance of your dockage will be split into two payments,
the due dates of these two payments are detailed on your Dockage Agreement.
Option 2: Discounted Payment in Full
The majority of our annual dockage customers take advantage of our 10%
Payment in Full discount. This valuable option expires on October 18, 2010.
Note: If your Dockage Agreement is not signed and returned
with either a deposit or payment in full by October 18, 2010, Georgetown
Yacht Basin and the Granary Marina can not guarantee your slip assignment
and will release your dockage space to the general market. You will also
lose the ability to take advantage of the loyal customer discount and the
payment in full discount.
Please contact Ivan Wade at 410-648-5112 with any questions you may have.

The Winter Proposal shows optional winter dockage
charges and proposed services for your vessel(s). Note that contract prices
for mechanical services are for labor only; material are extra.
You should cross through any services you do not want, for example your
Winter Proposal shows a price for shrink wrapping and you do not wish
to have this service performed:

Please be sure to sign and return your Winter Proposal even if there are no
services selected. All haul-outs and winterizations must be completed prior
to December 18th, 2010 when Georgetown Yacht Basin, Inc. will close for a
two week period. If your vessel is not winterized in a timely manner,
serious damage may occur.
Please contact Ralph Hall or Dave Ellison if you have any questions
regarding your Winter Proposal by calling 410-648-5112 or emailing
rhall@gybinc.com or

Georgetown Yacht Basin and The Granary Marina will
not charge an electric surcharge fee for the first 30 amp cord on all open
slips, unless the first 30 amp cord is used for air conditioners. We
consider the first 30 amp cord necessary for the majority of on-board
systems which do not use a lot of electric. The second 30 amp cord is
primarily for air conditioners and use all, if not more, of the electric
surcharge. Therefore if the on-board systems and air conditioner are on one
30 amp cord the electric surcharge fee will apply.
A 50 amp cord combines everything and are typically for larger vessels and
multiple air conditioners.
Electric pricing is as follows:
30 amp Power: There is no charge for the first 30 amp cord, unless used for
air conditioner, 2 x 30 amp cords is $200.
50 amp Power: $400 per cord.
Electrical surcharges are not subject to any discounts.
