Multihulls are charged 1.5 x dockage rates, except mooring customers.

NOTES
1. Dockage periods: ANNUAL, Choice of two:
11/01/11 to 10/31/12 or 5/01/12 to 4/30/13.
WINTER: 11/01/11 to 4/30/12 (6 months).
Monthly - any consecutive 30-day or longer stay.
Weekly - any consecutive 7-day or longer stay.
One-Day - any one-day stay.
2. On Season: Starts on Friday, April 20, 2012 and Ends Sunday, September 30, 2012
3. "LOD" means length of vessel on deck but not including anchor pulpits, bowsprits, swim platforms, davits or boomkins. However, slip must be large enough to contain entire vessel plus necessary tie off space and small boat.
4. Annual open slip customers have special winter options:
• Wet De-iced in an Open Slip - no additional charge.
• Wet De-iced in a Covered Slip - $40 per ft.
• Dry Outside - Regular dry dockage area - $8 per ft., handling extra.
• Dry Inside - $50 per ft., handling extra.
5. Do-It-Yourself Entrance: Winter - $5 per ft. / Summer - $4 per ft. / Daily - $1 per ft.
6. *Electricity: Open Slips - summer - first 30 amp service is free unless used for air-conditioning, see Dockmaster; Open Slips-winter-metered at 25¢ per KWHR. Covered Slips - summer and winter - metered at 25¢ per KWHR. Vessels 70ft and over - daily, weekly, and monthly - metered at 25¢ per KWHR. GYB "B" Dock 25' Slips have no electricty.
7. Cable TV: available at covered slips, I Dock, J Dock, and K Dock. Contact 1-800-COMCAST for pricing and service.
8. Trailer Parking: $300 per year.
9. Trailer Parking with Boat (PWC) 18ft. and less: $600 per year.
10. Mooring Boats Dockside: $15 per night.
11. Day Dockage: 50¢ per ft. - $20 minimum.
