Georgetown Yacht Basin, Inc. is excited to announce the construction of the Upper Chesapeake Bay's premier concrete covered floating dockage. Our introductory 2-year dockage package is unmatched in value and includes a welcome bag, for both covered & open slip.

The new I, J, & K docks are designed with needs of our customer in mind. Covered floating docks, extra wide full length piers, increased fairway width, and extra- high roof lines are some of the upgrades available with our new structures.

The 1st Year Rates are given with a 2-year dockage package. Second year will be set at the "Regular" price stated below and does not include a 25% discount.
